We want your experience with Leaptrend to be a great one. We stand behind everything we sell. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we’ve made the return process super easy.
1. Cancel the order
We accept order cancellation for any reason at any time before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
If a product is out-of-stock or you enter an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you via email. If we do not receive a reply after 15 days, we will automatically cancel the order and refund your purchase.
2. Return & Exchange conditions
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. However, you will be responsible to pay the return delivery fee.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Items not purchased on the leaptrend.com
- Items you have already modified/assembled/used
- Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
- Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals
- Gift cards
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “2 for $250” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact email@example.com, and we will afford the delivery fee. We’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
If you want to replace the items, please re-purchase after returning them.
3. Return shipping costs :
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs except for the following conditions:
- The item was damaged during shipping or warehouse handling
- Item defects
- The incorrect item was received
- Item(s) delivered were not ordered by the customer or on leaptrend.com.
Please note that any disapproved returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
4. Return form:
Our support team will determine the eligibility of your order. After confirmation, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a pre-paid return shipping label (label to be determined by the support team), and an instruction on how to properly package the product for safe return will be given to you.
Attention: Do not ship the product until you have received proper safety instructions on how to ship the product.
You must clearly mark the package with the RMA number, and include proof of purchase with the date.
If a refund is required, we will return the agreed amount to your payment account. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded.
From the operation of the refund to the consumer receiving the refund, it will take about 10 days. If you have not received the refund after 10 days, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
