This inverter has worked great

This inverter has worked great so far after a couple of camping trips in action. It definitely get's the job done. I can boil water in the morning with an electric kettle without having to turn on my generator! That is a nice luxury!

Good inverter

Thought this was a great inverter based on reviews and has the ability to power from house power until loss of power then shifts to battery. Everything hooked up fine using 50 A-h LiFePO4 battery for backup power. I had some issues with excessive standby power drain and the company sent me a new inverter very promptly. EXCELLENT CUSTOME SUPPORT. Good inverter.

A little bit of a problem.

This worked for the most part, but it’s big and heavy, so that made it pretty inconvenient on our road trip. It worked most of the time, but seemed to lose connection/power a lot more than it should have. For the price, I would have expected better connection.
I didn’t contact their tech support, so I can’t speak to that. I just don’t want to keep something that is so big and heavy when I’ll only be using it for road-trips a few times a year.
